Cumming is one of the closest metro-Atlanta towns to our water. You're already on 400, and the Etowah private beats near Dahlonega are 45 to 60 minutes north — closer than most anglers ever realize good trout water is.
Lake Lanier is right there for stripers and spots, but for wild and trophy trout on private streams, north is the play. Half-day trips work great from Cumming: on the water by mid-morning, home by afternoon.
First-timers welcome — we provide rods, reels, flies, and waders, so all you bring is a license and a pair of sunglasses.
