That's what Hosted Travel is about. We've spent years vetting destinations, lodges, and local guides across the globe. When we put our name on a trip, it's because we'd take our own families there (and in many cases we have).
These aren't group tours with strangers. They're small-group adventures with anglers who share your passion, led by the same guides you'd fish with in Georgia. Same commitment to unbeatable experiences. Same focus on putting you on fish. Just different waters and bigger adventures.
We're there with you every step of the way, from what gear to bring and flights to book, to walking with you through the airport. When you travel with Bowman our same attitude as guides on the water is what we bring to your destination trip. Making sure every detail is handled, and question is answered.

Trips are limited to small groups. Once you're ready, secure your spot with a deposit. We'll help you with booking the correct flights and handle the rest.
Lodging, meals, gear, guides—it's all covered. Your only job is to be ready for the adventure of a lifetime.

Everything except flights. Lodging, meals, gear, guide services, and ground transportation. You are just responsible for booking the flights, with the exception of in-country flights in Patagonia and local flights in Alaska, but we'll be there with the correct flight numbers and dates to help make it as easy as possible. You'll receive a detailed packing list before the trip, but the big stuff is handled. Just show up ready to fish.
We keep groups small—typically 6-8 people. Big enough to share the experience, small enough that everyone gets personal attention on the water.
It depends on the trip. Some destinations (like Alaska) are great for all skill levels. Others (like sight-casting for redfish) are better suited for anglers with some experience. We'll help you find the right fit.
Start by joining the interest list for the destination you want. We'll send you full trip details and pricing. Once you're ready, a deposit secures your spot. Final payment is typically due 60-90 days before departure.
We only run trips when we have enough committed anglers. If a trip doesn't fill, we'll notify you well in advance and refund any deposits. That said, our trips tend to fill—so don't wait too long.
Depends on the destination. Some lodges accommodate non-anglers with alternative activities like horseback riding, cooking classes, winery tours or day trips into local towns or attractions. Let us know your situation and we'll help you figure out the best option.
