Trophy Trout on Exclusive Water

10+ miles of private streams across North Georgia. No crowds. Limited pressure. Just you, your guide, and trophy trout on Georgia's most beautiful and productive streams.

Wade Fishing 1-20 Anglers All Skill Levels 4 Streams

Waters Specifically Managed for Big Trout, and Lots of Them

Most trout streams in North Georgia are public. That means crowds on weekends, pressured fish, and competition for the best water. Fishing on a weekend, holiday, or even just during prime season can leave you feeling like you should have brought your own rock. Our private streams are different.

We lease over 10 miles of exclusive water across four different streams—The Etowah, Soque, and Noontootla. These aren't just secret spots on public land. They're exclusive private properties where only our clients catch fish of a lifetime. The trout here see fewer flies, are never harvested, and grow significantly bigger. You'll have multiple opportunities to catch fish most would never encounter on public streams as well as plenty of quantity. Zero harvest of fish, restricted fishing practices and limited fishing pressure create an ideal environment for quality fish.

Each river has its own character. The Etowah winds through a working vineyard—stunning scenery on over 450 acres and fish that cooperate in a natural environment. The Soque is a trophy factory where 18+-inch fish are common. Noontootla is technical water where you can truly hunt for big wild fish in a cold, clear Appalachian mountain stream - a true Georgia North Georgia spring creek experience in one of North Georgia's small stream jewels.

Your guide knows every bend, every pool, every lie where big fish hold. You'll wade in solitude, work quality fish without an audience, and leave with photos worth framing.

What makes private water different from public rivers?

No outside anglers. The fish see less pressure, are more willing to eat, and grow significantly bigger. You'll have multiple opportunities to catch fish most would never encounter on public streams as well as plenty of quantity. Zero harvest of fish, restricted fishing practices and limited fishing pressure create an ideal environment for quality fish, maintained trails, and a natural environment where quality trout thrive.

Which river should I choose?

The Etowah is great for all skill levels with beautiful vineyard scenery, maintained trails, and a natural environment where quality trout thrive. The Soque is a trophy factory—18-inch fish are common. Noontootla is technical water where you can truly hunt for big wild fish in a cold, clear Appalachian mountain stream - a true Georgia gem. Not sure? Call us and we'll help you pick.

Do I need experience to fish private water?

Depends on the river. The Etowah and Soque are beginner-friendly with even first timers having great success catching both quantity and big fish. Noontootla is more technical and better suited for anglers with some fly fishing experience.

How many people can fish at once?

1-3 anglers per guide on private water. For larger groups, we can coordinate multiple guides across different streams. Contact us for groups of 4+. We regularly host groups of 8+ fishermen on our private waters, and pair 1-3 anglers per guide with an ideal pairing of 2 fishermen per guide.

What's included in the trip?

All gear—rods, reels, flies, waders, boots. Full-day trips include lunch. You just need sunglasses, sunscreen, and a Georgia fishing license with trout stamp.

What about the Dragonfly property?

Dragonfly is our premium section on the Upper Soque River—even more exclusive access and larger fish. Pricing starts at $520 for half day. Ask us about availability as the calendar on this property is limited.
